ORGANISATIONAL CONSULTATION

Service Description

You know something needs to change, but you may not know exactly what the solution is. This 30-minute consultation is a chance to talk us through what is happening in your organisation, what you are trying to achieve and where things may be getting stuck. You don't need to know whether you need a new structure, better processes, clearer accountability or something else. Start with the problem. We'll start there with you.
